Star bartender Erik Hakkinen (formerly of Pike Place's Zig Zag Cafe) is the drinks man behind this French-inspired Belltown bar, and tonight he's gonna teach you to whip up some special seasonal cocktails made with Absolut and Kahlúa. You're looking at an espresso martini, a cardamom White Russian, and a German chocolate cake and an apple spiced mule. Each kit includes enough for six to eight drinks.
