"Summer seems the perfect time to perch on the back porch with a virgin piece of wood and a whittling knife.  In my case, all carving is relegated to flat pieces of wood and/or linoleum and started off while perched in front of my computer and Zoomed into Karen Klee-Atlin’s relief printing class.
