"Tacoma's First Family Friendly Formal Dance Party!!

We believe our community is stronger when families are supported and celebrated! At South Sound Family Formal, families build connections, make memories, and dance the night away together!

On February 22, 2020, families from all over South Sound Washington will come together for the first local family formal dance party! Hors d'oeuvres and activities will be provided for all ages. Photography packages will be available for sale. Special character guests, sing-alongs and dance demos will make childhood dreams come true.

South Sound Family Formal serves as a fundraiser for The Co-Lab, an upcoming, community-driven, family-minded project co-founded by The Pod Works and Tacoma Children’s School. Opening in 2020, The Co-Lab is a new co-working and event space that will be inclusive to all parents and offer on-site, drop-in childcare, enrichment classes, and workshops.
