The Central District Black arts space Wa Na Wari will hold an online fundraiser to continue its mission of "[fighting] displacement with Black art, Black culture, and the self-determination of Black people." You're looking at a cooking demo with Chef Tarik Abdullah, new music from local experimental funk duo Pink Lotion (whose debut album was deemed "an orgy of late-night, boudoir-bound funk" by Dave Segal), an art activity with Perri Rhoden, curated films by Amir George, and DJ sets from Jusmoni and Larry Mizell.
