You've heard about a taco truck, and maybe even a taco bus, but how about a taco...container? This new taco stand on Alki, which opened in January, is run out of a converted shipping container and serves a simple menu of carne asada, chicken, and wild Pacific Northwest mushroom street tacos. Optional add-ons include truffle oil drizzles, avocados, and grilled jalapeños.
