The award-winning Israeli chef and restaurateur Michael Solomonov, known for his renowned Philadelphia restaurant Zahav, will lead a cooking demo of a Rosh Hashanah menu, including a kale, apple, walnut, and sumac-onion tabbouleh, honey-glazed chicken, and apple cake. Food journalist Gabriella Gershenson will moderate.
