Virtual Open House: Protecting Rights
The Residential Facilities Ombudsman program is focused on improving the lives of Oregonians who experience an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability or Mental Health condition and live in licensed or certified homes. The RFO program and its designees respond to requests for assistance from individual residents as well as anyone concerned with their care including friends, family, staff or providers, guardians, community members and professionals. Regardless of who initiates the call to the program, we advocate with, and on behalf of the individual receiving services. All services are provided at no charge, and all complaints are confidential.
The RFO will be hosting a virtual webinar to provide information about the program. Please join us on September 29, 2020, at either 1:00 or 6:00 p.m. for a FREE 30-minute virtual opportunity where you can learn more about the RFO program, the advocacy we provide, and how you can have a direct and meaningful impact in Multnomah County. To register, go to www.oltco.org/rfo/registration.html.
