Star bartender Estanislado Orona, known for his striking original cocktails, plans to open his own bar in the former space of the Liquor Store on SE Belmont in early spring 2021. The bar, which will initially open for limited outdoor dining and takeout, will also feature a food menu with vegan and vegetarian tapas.
