Thanapat Namsri, Thipsuda Phatumratanachot, and Ammy Nguyen have opened this Thai restaurant on NE Broadway, serving Thai dishes that are less familiar to the mainstream American palate, such as khao soi haeng (a dry variation of the popular noodle soup khao soi) and gaeng hung lay (a pork belly stew from Northern Thailand).
