In partnership with Unipiper and Weird Portland United, the Portlandia Mermaid Parade presents an outdoor festival "of all things mermaid- and water-related." We're talking interactive mermaid spaces, educational booths (god knows the proverbial sailor has spread a lot of misinformation about fish-people!), performances, art installations, a live mermaid tank exhibit, and more.
