One of the funnest events of the summer is the Big Float, a yearly celebration of the Willamette River and the continuing efforts to keep it healthy! The premise is pretty simple: You bring your most flamboyant inflatable device and a life jacket, join the parade down the south waterfront, hop in the water, and have a leisurely float alongside thousands of other water-lovers while you listen to bands play, and just freaking RELAX. Then relax some more with the beach afterparty at Tom McCall Bowl with beer and food carts! Thatβs a lot of fun and good-time relaxing. This year is the last-ever Big Float, so don't miss out. WM.
