It’s a longstanding tradition for tattoo artists and shops to offer $13 tattoos for one day only in honor of Friday the 13th. These days, it’s rare to find anyone sticking to the original price, but many places still celebrate and offer special flash design deals. Whether you’re looking to get your first ink or you need to find space for your latest addition, we’ve compiled a list where you can go get tatted as part of the occasion. Don't forget your photo ID!

Birdhouse Tattoo Like List
Both Birdhouse locations are cranking out $100 flash designs from 10 am to 7 pm. No alterations or resizing will be accommodated; most pieces are roughly 2-3 inches. The shop advises coming prepared with a few options in case your first choice artist is booked for the day.
King, South Tabor

Black Hole Body Piercing & Tattoo Like List
Artist @pillowpunx will offer flash designs ranging from $31-$130 from noon to 10 pm at Black Hole’s east side location. A few appointments remain but walk-ins are available. Set sizes, arms, and legs are preferred.
Kerns

Dead Gods Tattoo
Both west side locations of this shop are running a custom flash day. Doors open at noon and sign-ups will be taken until 8 pm. Flash deals will cost $80-$150 and all designs will be available at both locations.
Tigard, West Linn

Gold Sparrow Tattoo Like List
This shop located right off NE Fremont Street is keeping their flash designs a surprise, but they’ll have 113 designs to choose from and will ink color or black tattoos on arms and legs only for $130. Tattoos are first-come, first-served, and walk-up only.
Beaumont-Wilshire

Hidden Rose Tattoo Like List
Prices will range from $100 to $130 for flash on September 13 and 14. Flash sheets will be posted on Hidden Rose’s Instagram all week—contact artists directly or call the shop to book in advance.
Northwest District

Historic Tattoo Like List
If you have your eye on a specific artist at Historic, contact directly to book. Some artists will be tattooing for a dizzying 24 hours! Walk-ins will be accommodated from 10 am to midnight. Hundreds of flash designs will be available at discounted rates—all are intended for arms and legs.
Richmond

Lady Luck Tattoo Like List
This shop of mostly female artists will run specials starting at 11 am. Any Lady Luck artist will be able to do flash from any of the other artists in the shop. Keep an eye on @ladylucktattoopdx for options.
Buckman

New Rose Tattoo Like List
Head to Division Street shop New Rose for a Friday the 13th flash extravaganza with creepy cute designs. Check their Instagram for details.

Like List Hollywood tattoo parlor Tigerlily has a few reserved time slots left—the $50 deposit will go towards the final price of your new ink. Tigerlily is also taking walk-ins starting at 11 am. Hundreds of designs will be priced at $100-$130.
Hollywood District

Welcome Home Tattoo
Like List This friendly little shop is offering $100 tattoos (cash only!) in color, black and gray, or simple linework. Art will be placed on arms or legs only.
