As the fast spreading delta variant continues to surge, many Portland bars and restaurants have announced that they will require a proof of vaccination for entry. We’ve rounded up a list of spots who have made changes to their COVID policy so you can bring along your vax card on your next outing. Matter of fact, just go ahead and take a photo of it right now!
Did you lose your card, accidentally run it through the wash, or maybe your dog ate it? You can request a copy of your vaccination record here.
This list will be updated as new information becomes available.
