The 1975's fifth studio album, Being Funny in a Foreign Language, is due out in October.
Manchester dance-rock quartet The 1975 would love it if you made it to the Portland date of their At Their Very Best tour. College rock outfit The Lemonheads will also hit the road in celebration of their beloved 1992 album It’s a Shame About Ray. Plus, indie pop duo Lucius will stop by this fall on their Feels Like Second Nature tour. Read on for details on those and other newly announced events, plus some news you can use.

The Portland Trail Blazers’ 2022-23 season schedule will be released mid-August, with tickets going on sale to the general public on Thursday, August 25. Pre-sales for season ticket holders and those who sign up for presale access will be able to purchase tickets from August 22-24 based on different groupings.

The historic Roseway Theater in Northeast Portland suffered a three-alarm fire Saturday morning. Investigators are currently looking into the cause of the fire, and aerial footage suggests damage to the theater is extensive.

Floating World Comics is relocating from their longtime Old Town Chinatown home to a fresh storefront in Lloyd Center. “Is an empty mall post-apocalyptic or pre-utopian? We get a say in it,” said shop owner Jason Leivian.
