chef Carlo Lamagna opened his highly anticipated second restaurant Magna Kubo, inspired by the lechonerías of the Philippines, on Southwest Broadway Street in Beaverton on June 3. Visitors can look forward to plenty of shatteringly crispy rotisserie meats, including chicken, pork belly, Snake River Farms wagyu brisket, and a rotation of seafood, as well as sides like sinigang chicken wings, pancit, pinakbet, and lumpia.
