Wassailing is an ancient custom that involves toasting to health and prosperity in the new year (often with cider-based beverages) and visiting an orchard to promote a bountiful harvest. McMenamins will put its own spin on the Old English tradition with a special toast, an orchard parade, live music, and of course, plenty of cider.
