Ticket Alert: Dita Von Teese, Weyes Blood, and More Portland Events Going On Sale This Week

Dita Von Teese's all-new revue will feature a revamped version of her iconic martini glass routine.
Queen of burlesque Dita Von Teese will wow audiences on her Glamonatrix tour. Ethereal folk troubadour Weyes Blood has announced her forthcoming album, And In The Darkness, Hearts Aglow, with a spring tour to follow. Indie rock heavies Built To Spill and The New Pornographers have both lined up two-night stints in Portland this winter. Plus, friendly foodie Phil Rosenthal returns to town after the Portland episode of his hit show Somebody Feed Phil debuted earlier in the year. Portland Youth Philharmonic has announced their 99th season Past Event List with a diverse program that includes Manuel Ponce’s Balada Mexicana, Antonín Dvořák’s Symphonic Variations, the US debut of Ruth Gipps’ Symphony No. 3, and many more. 

Live Wire Radio has announced their full Fall 2022 season Past Event List , which includes funny, insightful stage conversations with dynamic voices like Chris Mejia, Hari Kondabolu, Nabil Ayers, and Sona Movsesian, hosted by Luke Burbank. Their annual gala Past Event List on October 4 will include a benefit show featuring Oregon Poet Laureate Anis Mojgani alongside Washington Post reporter Casey Parks and multi-talented musician Jimmie Herrod.
