Perennial indie rock favorites Yo La Tengo have announced a two-night stop in Portland to support their upcoming album, This Stupid World. Contemporary country queens Lainey Wilson, Morgan Wade, and Sierra Ferrell have also penned in local dates for next year. Plus, New Year’s Eve is taking shape, with beloved hip-hop trio Digable Planets and garage rock outfit The Murder City Devils set to play special holiday shows. The Oregon Zoo is offering half-price admission for its “Paws and Relax” Discount Days from Monday, November 7 through Friday, November 11. Timed-entry tickets must be purchased in advance online.
