With bars and restaurants dreaming up vibrant specials for Pride Month, there's never been a better time to taste the rainbow. We've gathered these ephemeral drinks and treats for you here, from rainbow confetti cake and cupcakes inspired by queer icons at Unicorn Bake Shop to colorful sundaes at Cloud City Ice Cream. Brew Dr. Kombucha
The kombucha specialist is bringing back the special pride-themed edition of their popular "Love" kombucha, made with lavender, chamomile, and jasmine green tea. This version, dubbed "Love Wins," is decked out in rainbow packaging and is available in bottles and cans during June. The brew is part of a partnership with the nonprofit The Trevor Project, which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth—Brew Dr. will make a donation to the organization.

Cloud City Ice Cream
The small-batch ice cream parlor is serving up pride sundaes with vanilla bourbon ice cream, crumbled Nilla wafers, housemade strawberry puree, whipped cream, and rainbow sprinkles.

Hip Chicks Do Wine
The lesbian-owned urban winery has unveiled a series of pride-themed wines: Out and Proud (a dry Gewürtztraminer with flavors of pear, melon, and spicy mango), Loud and Proud (a medium-bodied red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot), and Sappho's Sweet Delight (a sweet, summery pink blend). $2 of every bottle sold will go to the food bank Esther's Pantry, and the winery will also be accepting donations of non-perishable food, personal hygiene items, household cleaning supplies, and reusable grocery bags all month long.

The local chocolatier is featuring a limited-edition "Love is Love" mango dark chocolate bar and will donate 10% of the sales to the LGBTQ rights nonprofit Basic Rights Oregon.

Salt & Straw
For their "Rad Readers" series, available from May 28 through July 1, the artisan ice creamery Salt & Straw is teaming up with Scholastic to offer five flavors inspired by children's books. They're also adding a pride-themed virtual component with a series of story hours and ice cream tastings on Instagram Live in partnership with the nonprofit Drag Queen Story Hour. Queens Yves Saint Croissant, Pickle, and Lulu Luscious will read from pride-themed books as well as the books that inspired the current flavors and will perform lip syncs. Salt & Straw will also raise funds for the nonprofit during the events.

Unicorn Bake Shop
This colorful bakery, which offers both vegan and gluten-free options, is selling a bevy of queer-inspired treats for pride season. The lineup includes a pink champagne cupcake in honor of activist, performer, and organizer Marsha P. Johnson, a tuxedo cupcake inspired by gay civil rights icon Stormè DeLarverie, a chocolate caramel vegan cupcake with a rainbow frosting swirl, an Earl Grey lavender cupcake, a blue raspberry cupcake with sprinkles in the bi flag colors, and a cotton candy cupcake with buttercream in the trans flag colors. They're also offering their giant vegan rainbow funfetti cake whole or by the slice.

Voodoo Doughnuts
The quirky shop's doughnut of the month is the "pride bar," a Bavarian cream-filled doughnut with a rainbow steak on vanilla frosting.

Pride Kick-Off Brunch
Enjoy a cocktail, a rice flour doughnut from Heyday, and unlimited coffee from Deadstock while taking in live entertainment from drag queens Pizza Daddy, Baby Le Strange, Johnny Nuriel, and Isaiah Esquire.
