Bergerac Bistro List
This cozy French bistro will offer a festive prix-fixe meal for two to six guests, with root vegetable soup with truffle oil, duck confit, creamy mushroom sauce, green beans with toasted almonds, potato gratin, and cranberry sauce, as well as a choice of chocolate orange pot de creme or gingerbread crème brûlée, and optional wine pairings. Pickup is available from 2-4 pm on Thursday, December 23.

Bullard Tavern List
The Tex-Mex-inspired restaurant is going all out with its takeout Christmas boxes, which include house-smoked Painted Hills ribs, roasted pepper salsa verde, romaine salad with poblano dressing, Three Sisters Nixtamal hominy grits, roasted delicata squash, and banana pudding with house-made Nilla wafers and whipped cream. The restaurant's dessert shop sibling Holler Treats List also has plenty of sweets for your holiday table, including pies, cookies, and yule logs.

Campana List
The East Coast-style Italian restaurant is celebrating the Italian-American tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes (a dinner with seven types of fish or seafood eaten on Christmas Eve) with a five-course menu that includes options like fried risotto balls, baked oysters, crab-filled ravioli, seafood in broth, olive oil cake, and gelato.

Creole Me Up List
Elsy Dinvil, the chef of the Haitian food business and catering company Creole Me Up, is bringing back her Christmas Eve pop-up menu (her last meal of the year before she goes back to school in 2022) at Portland Mercado List on December 24 by popular demand. The menu feeds four and includes soup joumou, fried plantains, pikliz, dark mushroom coconut rice, stuffed Haitian chicken, griot (deep-fried pork belly), mac and cheese with ground beef, vegan Haitian-Russian potato beet salad, Haitian cupcakes, and plantain ice cream with pineapple marmalade. Vegan options, such as vegan meatloaf, vegan mac and cheese with eggplant, and sweet potato cake, are also available, and cakes with pineapple-mango filling and a Haitian kremas cocktail mix can be added to your order.

Elephants Delicatessen
The beloved delicatessen's Christmas menu features two dinners for six with a choice of smoked ham or holiday turkey and all the classic accompaniments, as well as a wide selection of hors d'ouevres, side dishes, soup, salads, brunch dishes, and wine. There's also a baked goods menu with treats like cupcakes, sweet potato pumpkin pie, cranberry cardamom bread, a holiday cookie platter, and the deli's famed bûche de Noël. Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 12, for curbside pickup or delivery from December 23-24.

NORR Kitchen List
This recently opened takeout and catering "kitchen concept" from the Portland-based production house NORR Agency has unveiled a to-go holiday menu, with a choice of local prime rib with red wine au jus or half a boneless local ham. Both meals come with a beet and goat cheese salad, roasted Brussels sprouts and shallots, white cheddar cauliflower au gratin, roasted garlic potato puree, French beans with bacon and herbs, a rustic French baguette, and burnt Basque cheesecake. For extra flair, add on a charcuterie and cheese board, truffle mac and cheese, five-onion dip, au jus, horseradish, and/or a Christmas cookie box.

Papa Haydn
The local institution has a ready-to-reheat feast for two that includes brined and smoked Carlton Farms pork loin, a potato gratin with gruyere and caramelized onion, Brussels sprouts, roasted cauliflower bisque, and a mixed greens salad. They also offer a plethora of baked goods, including cookie boxes, miniature tarts, cappuccino brownies, mousse and panna cotta "shooters," lime snowball cookies, bûches de Noël, meringue kisses, maple gingerbread cake, and more, as well as glühwein and mulled apple cider. Christmas orders must be placed by Thursday, December 16 for pickup from Papa Haydn's Sellwood or Nob Hill locations on December 23-24.

The wildly popular Southern-inspired spot is offering a sumptuous meal that promises to feed four comfortably with leftovers, complete with blue crab, smoked scallop, and shrimp Imperial with Ritz crackers; braised boneless beef short ribs; savory chanterelle mushroom bread pudding; mashed red bliss potatoes and roasted celery root; glazed heirloom carrots; roasted red beets; Dos Hermanos Bakery List Parker House rolls; and freshly baked old-fashioned gingerbread. You can also add on a pie (apple cranberry crumble, pumpkin, lemon chess, Creole pecan, chocolate peppermint, or banoffee). Orders are available from the restaurant's catering kitchen.

Yonder List
The Pacific Northwest-meets-Southern restaurant's take-home "Ham for the Holidays" package feeds six with leftovers and features a bone-in, spiral cut Hill Farms ham with a spiced pineapple and whiskey glaze, a dozen yeasted sweet potato rolls, whipped housemade butter with citrus and herbs, creamed winter greens gratin, and Yukon Gold potato puree. If you'd like to set out some appetizers, add on some luxe snacks, like a ready-to-bake, pastry-wrapped Tulip Tree Creamery Trillium triple-cream cheese, or a sorghum-brined, hickory-smoked skin-on filet of McFarland Springs trout with herbed cream cheese and house-made "ritzy" crackers. For dessert, there's Atlantic beach pie, Meyer lemon buttermilk chess "tassies" (old-fashioned pie-like cookies), and spiced molasses and apple butter sandwich cookies, and to drink, there's boozy eggnog and mulled apple cider. Pickup is available from 2-6 pm on December 24.

Bergerac Bistro List
Ring in 2022 with Bergerac's four-course French feast, available for indoor or outdoor seating, with amuse-bouches and a choice of seared beef filet, seared black cod, and roasted lion's mane mushrooms. Save room for chocolate caramel tart, raspberry rosemary crème brûlée, or handmade chocolates for dessert.

Creole Me Up List
Why not close out the year by adding a new dish to your cooking repertoire? From December 30-31, Elsy Dinvil of Creole Me Up will teach a cooking class Past Event List on how to make freedom soup (a traditional dish also known as soup joumou or pumpkin soup, made to celebrate the emancipation of Haiti). You'll also learn how to make Haitian patties and toast to the new year with a cup of the coconut-rum drink kremas.

Langbaan List
Langbaan will serve the very last New Year's meal in its original location before it moves next year. The meal will consist of Langbaan's current winter tasting menu spruced up with a smattering of "extra fancy adjustments and multiple additions that redefine indulgence," with wine pairings curated by Dana Frank of Bar Norman List and zero-proof pairings by Eric Nelson.

The artisan ice creamery has launched its annual holiday flavor series. This year's lineup includes almond brittle with salted ganache, peppermint cocoa, gingerbread cookie dough, the "Great Cookie Swap" (a vegan macaroon ice cream base stuffed with snickerdoodles, thumbprint cookies, chocolate almond bark, and molasses cookies), and "Dwanta's Teremana Spiked Eggnog," a popular yearly flavor made in collaboration with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's "festive alter ego" Dwanta Claus, featuring Johnson's eggnog, Teremana Reposado tequila, amontillado sherry, and nutmeg.
