Though it seems hard to believe, it's nearly time once again to indulge in the national pastime of gorging ourselves on poultry and cranberry sauce and curling up on the couch for a tryptophan-induced nap. If you're looking to outsource some of your Thanksgiving Day preparations, we've rounded up this list of restaurants offering holiday specials, from full turkey dinners to pie and ice cream. Note: Order deadlines are approaching fast for many of these restaurants, and supplies are limited. Be sure to call ahead and place your orders ASAP to avert any ruined holiday plans.

THANKSGIVING MEALS

Botto's BBQ
This acclaimed Texas-style barbecue joint is now offering pre-orders for Thanksgiving, both online and via phone, email, or social media DMs. Their holiday menu includes brisket, turkey breast, a full slab of ribs, mac and cheese (regular or spicy), mashed potatoes, a sweet potato sauté with collard greens, gravy, cranberry sauce, "crack pie" (a pie with a chewy oatmeal cookie crust and baked custard filling, inspired by the popular Milk Bar dessert), and pumpkin bread pudding. You can also purchase a "family pack" for $85, with turkey breast, a pint of gravy, and half a tray of mashed potatoes.

Dimo's Apizza and Sebastiano's
The New Haven-style pizzeria Dimo's Apizza and the Italian deli Sebastiano's are joining forces to offer the "La Famiglia" Thanksgiving dinner, a feast for eight packed with "love, well-sourced ingredients, and a lot of quality dishes" for you and "whoever you consider your family." The menu includes a Mary's free-range turkey roulade roast; house-baked bread and cornbread stuffing; braised Wild Roots Farms winter greens; a potato, parsnip, and fennel gratin; a pumpkin zeppole (a baked pastry); an apple, fig, and almond frangipane crostata; pasticcini di Mandorle (Sicilian cookies with almond flour, honey, and citrus); a side of Oregon cranberry and orange marmellata; and a Dimo's sesame baguette so you can make yourself a sandwich with the leftovers the next day (which we all know is the best part of Thanksgiving). Pickup is available at Dimo's from 1-5:30 pm on November 24 and from 9-11 am on November 25.

Elephants Delicatessen
The dependable deli has you covered for the holiday with everything you need for a great celebration, including full turkey dinners for six, individual turkey dinners, hors d'oeuvres, entrées, side dishes like mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, accompaniments like gravy and cranberry sauce, soups, salads, pies, morning brunch dishes, wine, beer, and cider. Pre-orders are available through Sunday, November 14 (deadline subject to change due to limited availability).

This catering company offers a feast for four with shrimp cocktail, a fire-roasted Mary's chicken, potato purée with chives, baked green bean casserole, bourbon-glazed candied yams, sautéed Brussels sprouts, Oregon hazelnut stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, and house-made pumpkin pie with whipped cream. They also offer the same package with "everything but the bird," as well as individual chickens à la carte.

Laurelhurst Market
The brasserie-inspired steakhouse and butcher shop's Thanksgiving menu features Mary's raw whole free-range turkeys and heritage turkeys, heat-and-serve confit turkey legs and thighs, turkey gravy, roasted Brussels sprouts with pomegranate molasses, creamy mashed potatoes, savory stuffing with Italian sausage and mushrooms, cranberry sauce, and smoked turkey stock. Other game birds such as ducks, geese, and squabs are also available.

The Italian restaurant's takeout menu for two comes with potato rolls with garlic butter; a mixed green salad with cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, and orange vinaigrette; rosemary and thyme-brined roasted turkey with spiced turkey herb gravy; sausage and cranberry stuffing; organic green bean and bacon casserole; Yukon gold mashed potatoes; pecan and Grand Marnier roasted sweet potatoes; and spiced pumpkin cheesecake. Packages must be reserved and paid for before Friday, November 19 for pickup on Wednesday, November 23.

Impress your Thanksgiving guests with mouthwatering meats from the Canby-based butcher Revel Meat Co., which is taking preorders for whole turkeys, boneless turkey breast, whole rabbits, whole Peking duck, applewood-smoked ham, pork rib loin roast, pork crown rib roast, smoked pork rib loin roast, and porchetta roast. Order by Friday, November 19 for pickup at Providore Fine Foods.

Pre-orders are currently live for the Southern restaurant's "A Very Yonder Thanksgiving" menu, a package for up to six with leftovers featuring sorghum and herb-brined turkey breasts, confit turkey legs, smoked turkey wings, extra-rich turkey stock, Mae's sausage and cornbread dressing, a chanterelle and green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, a pint of cranberry apple relish, a dozen ready-to-bake angel biscuits, and whipped sorghum butter.

Baker Julie Richardson's small-batch neighborhood bakery will post its Thanksgiving menu online on Friday, November 5.

This bakery from revered pastry chef Kim Boyce has a bevy of Thanksgiving pies, including double-crust apple, brown-butter apple with buckwheat streusel, pumpkin, pecan, and chocolate cream. The menu also includes burnt Basque cheesecake, Italian prune plum and rustic cranberry tart, and cranberry quince compote. Pre-orders are due by 5 pm on Thursday, November 18 and available for pickup from 11 am-1 pm on Tuesday, November 23 and from 10 am-1 pm on Wednesday, November 24. If you miss the deadline, the shop will also be open for walk-up orders with a fully stocked pastry case from 10 am-1 pm on Wednesday, November 24.

The plant-based donut shop has plenty of Thanksgiving-ready seasonal specials on its November menu, including pear pumpkin fritters, pecan pie (chocolate cake donut with chocolate glaze and gooey pumpkin pie topping), and cranberry and bruléed pear (cranberry glaze with pear curd and sugared crust).

The Pie Spot
This Kerns-based pie specialist is taking holiday pre-orders for various flaky, buttery offerings, such as its signature "Pie Spots" (mini pies, available individually or by the baker's dozen), nine-inch sweet pies (brown butter pecan, chocolate hazelnut, marionberry, peanut butter chocolate, blueberry ginger, brandy apple, pumpkin, and caramelized pear and cranberry), vegan and/or gluten-free sweet pies, chicken pot pies, and mushroom pot pies. Other options include chocolate chip cookies, "Cereal Killer" cookies with Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Fruity Pebbles, breakfast quiche, and Los Roast green chile quiche. Order by Monday, November 15 for pickup on Tuesday, November 23 or Wednesday, November 24—orders will sell out early, so be sure to place them ASAP. Pastry chef Siobhan Speirits (one of the co-owners behind the upcoming all-day cafe Cafe Olli) has concocted several holiday pie options through her pandemic-born baking business, including apple cider custard pie, chocolate cream pie, buttermilk pumpkin pie with pepita streusel, and bourbon pecan pie (with optional chocolate), plus brown butter chocolate chunk cookies and pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies. Orders must be placed by Thursday, November 18, for pickup from 10 am-2 pm on Wednesday, November 24.

The artisan creamery's new "Friendsgiving" flavor series, available through November 24, is "about coming together to share a bit of who we are, while bringing new life to old traditions." The lineup includes "Caramelized Turkey & Cranberry Sauce⁠" (roasted Diestel Farms turkey bacon brittle with house-made cranberry sauce), "Sweet Potato Pie with Double-Baked Almond Streusel" (roasted sweet potato base with twice-baked almond croissant streusel bits), "Candied Walnut Cheesecake" (a cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker crumble and Spread the Love walnut butter), "Pumpkin and Gingersnap Pie" (a vegan flavor with a coconut pumpkin base, sugared pie crust, and molasses-spiked gingersnap), and "Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream" (salted sweet cream ice cream with pieces of Parker house rolls topped with buttercream and sea salt).
