Althea Grey Potter, founder of The Flavor Society, Portland’s 2017 Food Personality of the year (Eater), and as seen on Chopped 2019. Back when we were making wine at the Southeast Wine collective, in Portland, Althea was there creating some of Portland’s most exciting dishes in one of Portland’s tiniest little kitchens. She made Oui Wine bar a destination. Her boisterous laugh, woven into the heady aromatics coming out of the kitchen will forever be woven into our memories of making wine there. This dinner is certain to be one of the best meals you’ll eat this year. She’s really that amazing!
