Amaterra Winery is hosting its first ever Easter brunch. The brunch buffet will feature classic breakfast items with the Amaterra touch, like brioche French toast with seasonal jams and syrups, chicken apple sausage, and an omelet bar. More savory options like cedar-roasted salmon, spring vegetable salad, and deviled eggs will also be available along with desserts like citrus-almond cookies and red wine caneles. Guests will also be able to enjoy coffee, juices, and assorted Smith teas, and can purchase drinks like mimosas, Amaterra wines, and a bloody Mary bar.
