The following description comes from the event organizer.

In a 20-year recording career, Kenny Wayne Shepherd has established himself as an immensely popular recording artist, a consistently in-demand live act, and an influential force in a worldwide resurgence of interest in the blues. At 16 years old, Shepherd signed his first record deal. Two years following Shepherd released his debut album “Ledbetter Heights” in 1995 starting his career becoming a multi-platinum selling artist. According to Billboard Magazine “Shepherd has received two Blues Music Awards, the Blues Foundation’s Keeping The Blues Alive award, two Billboard Music Awards, and a pair of Orville H. Gibson awards.” Shepard received five Grammy nominations between 1998 and 2010.

Singer-songwriter, Kenny Wayne Shepherd is regarded as a soulful, riveting live performer as well as one of the most talented guitarists of modern blues.

Blues-rock sensation Joe Bonamassa started touring at the young age of 12, with B.B King in 1989. Since then, Bonamassa has had over 40 albums to date, all on his own label J&R Adventures. Bonamassa founded the non-profit organization Keeping The Blues Alive Foundation in 2011 providing funding and resources for music education in the United States. The three-time grammy nominee has also received his 23rd #1 Billboard blues album. As stated by Keeping The Blues Alive Records “Joe’s been featured in every publication from Esquire and Parade to Rolling Stone and American Songwriter, as well as on the covers of Guitar Player, Vintage Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, and Classic Rock magazine.”
