Enjoy a one-of-a-kind collaboration between the up-and-coming Filipino food cart Baon Kainan and the distinguished spirits den Multnomah Whiskey Library, with dishes like calamansi gelée, kare kare croquettes, bistek, and ube profiteroles. MWL Spirit Curator and Education Manager Brett Adams will curate cocktail and spirit pairings for each course.
