The seasoned event organizers of Gem & Jam and 4 Peaks Presents concocted the cross-genre Cascade Equinox Festival with the goal of producing a music festival that’s as eclectic as the inhabitants of Central Oregon. Folks will sprawl out on Deschutes County Fairgrounds for three days in September to witness a diverse medley of jam, electronic, funk, soul, and bluegrass acts. Standouts from the lineup include electro-soul pioneer Pretty Lights, electronic producer Big Wild, electropop duo Phantogram, and jam-forward ensemble Goose.
