The Inspiration: A cheesesteak is a hot sandwich. A hoagie is a cold sandwich. Together, they make a Cheesesteak Hoagie. Ours is a vegan cheesesteak with mayo, sliced tomato and sliced vegan provolone, shredded lettuce and peperoncini.
