Welcome the Yule with us, as the 2021 Christmas Revels beams the light and warmth of our winter solstice celebration to your home!


This year, we’ve come together to create with care. Technology and science have conspired to give us the freedom to revel–safely–with others. The 2021 Christmas Revels features the sights and sounds of Portland, music from various cultures of America, and a very small sampling of the remarkable array of artists from right here. Several Portland choral groups are joining with the Revels chorus and band for an collaboration unprecedented in our company history.


Join us to bring back the light!
Joyful song, dance and story will follow our Hero on his journey, and your favorite Christmas Revels traditions will be reimagined for this year’s theme.


We aren’t selling tickets. Instead, we ask that you donate the value of the tickets you would normally purchase, or whatever is within your means. Your contribution will help fund the film production and ensure a strong future for Portland Revels. Donors will receive a link to stream the show. You can join any hosted webcast performance on  December 17 or 21 at 7:30 PM or December 19 at 2 PM. You can also stream the 2021 Christmas Revels at your convenience into the new year.
