The following description comes from the event organizer.

Start the holiday cheer early! Come join our Cook and Eat Committee in baking traditional Christmas cookies to serve alongside a steaming mug of glogg, another Nordic holiday treat.  This season’s line up of tasty morsels includes Norwegian krumkake and Swedish butter rings, plus a surprise recipe from member Kristen Haas’s mother’s cookbooks. This will be a special event put on by our Cook and Eat Committee featuring Barb Randall and Pam Hankins.

The 2022-2023 season of Cook & Eat classes are dedicated to the memory of fellow committee member and friend Alberta Seierstad, to honor her many years of service a Cook & Eats’ Chairperson, member, instructor and home chef.

We will provide gloves for this class due to its interactive component.  Masks available as well.
