Chef Aaron Dionne of Bistro Alder presents a special wine dinner at the beautiful Hotel Lucia dining room, formerly home to Imperial. The menu starts with with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by three courses of Northwestern dining, each incorporating olive oil from Durant Olive Mill, the premier olive oil producer in the Northwest. It also features wine pairings from Durant Vineyards with each course.

The dinner is the first in a series from Durant called Dinners in the City, which will see the winery and olive oil mill partnering with chefs, other wineries, and other creators throughout the year.
