May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Do Good is doing our part to "ruck" and support Veterans mental health. In the military, a ruck—short for "rucksack"—is a timed march while carrying one’s essential gear. Veterans, active duty members, and civilian community members continue to load up for ruck marches to raise awareness or remember fallen friends and colleagues.

It’s our favorite outdoor fundraiser of the year, and we hope you'll come & show your support on Memorial Day. There are 3, 6, and 12 miles routes available.  Join us for the Do Good Annual Ruck March for Veterans Mental Health.
