Trailblazing sister-led dance-punk band ESG will play their first (and last) set of Portland performances with percussion-led tunes that have been sampled by TLC, Wu-Tang Clan, the Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, and Grandmaster Flash (just to name a few). They’ll take the stage for two nights ahead of the documentary, Are You Serious?: The ESG Story, which is set to premiere this spring.
