Family field trips run from 10am-12pm at Sauvie Island Center's site on Topaz Farm and will be held every Wednesday starting April 21st and ending June 9th.

Field trip leaders will lead family units through an exploration of our typical spring field trip modules: Seed to Harvest, Plant Parts, and Pollination. This will involve tending to SIC’s very own Grow Lunch Garden, learning about pollinators, a dynamic farm tour and more.

We have space for 20-24 students at each family field trip, and will be dividing participants into groups of 10-12 children (keeping family units and pods together).

Family field trips are offered at a sliding scale of $10-$25

This fee covers up to six students with one adult at a minimum
If you would like to bring more than six students, there is an additional charge of $5/student and we require that you bring at least two adult chaperones
