It doesn't get much fresher than eating a meal on the very farm where the ingredients were grown. Topaz Farm's resident "farm-to-plate" chefs Christian and Janelle Ephrem will craft three multi-course, farm-to-plate dinners this summer, each featuring five specially selected beer pairings from a different local brewer: Fort George Brewing, Migration Brewing, and Foreland Beer. Guests will get to dine al fresco below the farm's historic oak tree (or under a tent, depending on weather).
