Prost's annual fresh hop extravaganza is back for its ninth year with 10 food trucks, 10 rotating taps, rare and seasonal beers, and special tappings almost every day highlighting local breweries and regions. Look forward to a kickoff party and participating breweries like Von Ebert, Breakside, Ft. George, Reuben's Brews, and more, plus a "Freshtoberfest" celebration complete with polka bands and fresh-hopped German-style beers.

Wed. 9/25 - Eugene/Corvallis Fresh Hop Showcase: featuring Block 15 Brewing, Coldfire Brewing, Oakshire Brewing, Claim 52 Brewing
9/27 - 9/29 - Freshtoberfest: Prost! Oktoberfest celebration with brass and polka bands, games, food specials. The fresh hop bar will feature fresh hopped versions of German-styles including Pilsner, Kolsch, and Festbier.
10/1 - Breakside Brewery Total Fresh Takeover: a total 10 tap takeover featuring every fresh hop beer that Breakside Brewery made this year.
10/3 - Washington Fresh Hop Showcase: featuring fresh hop beers from Reuben's Brews, Fremont Brewing, Stoup Brewing, and more tea
10/4 - Fresh from Fort George: Astoria, Oregon's Ft. George Brewing takes over 7 of our taps with their freshest beer straight from the brewery.
10/5 - Yakima Fresh Hop Showcase: From the world's largest hop growing region, we are proud to showcase the finest fresh hop beers from the fields by Single Hill Brewing, Varietal Beer, & Bale Breaker Brewing.
10/6 - Closing Party: Finish off the best of the fresh hop beers from the final weekend of the fresh hop pop-up beer fest.
