Friends of Chamber Music proudly announces its 84th season in 2022-23, featuring a total of 21 concerts including three different concert series and a week-long festival: the Classic Series (predominantly traditional string quartets and one piano trio), the Not So Classic Series (non-traditional, contemporary, or alternative ensembles), the Vocal Arts Series (two vocal recitals and one small vocal ensemble), and the Dvořák Festival: Prague to Portland featuring the Martinů Quartet and guest artists Karel Košárek, piano; Laura Beckel Thoreson, mezzo-soprano; and Kenji Bunch, viola.
