In the Name of Forgotten Women
Recommended
Melding together poetry, music, movement, ritual, and projection, In the Name of Forgotten Women "bears witness to the global oppression of women and testifies to their resilience." Described as a dynamic "choreopoem," the performance is inspired by real-life incidents that span over 15 countries, features the voices of seven women, and culminates in a compelling call to action.
This activist theatre project also includes eight community engagement events focused on women’s issues. If you would like to attend a community engagement event following a performance, please click THIS LINK to select the event of your choice, then book your tickets for that evening.
