Marina Christopher is an award-winning bassist and jazz vocalist, with awards such as Earshot Magazine's Emerging Artist of the Year, and the Seattle-Kobe Vocal Jazz runner-up. Whether she is performing with her trio, duo or just solo bass and voice, Marina is the whole package and she "has developed into a multi-talented, highly in-demand artist on the Seattle jazz scene." While she makes bass playing and singing look absolutely effortless, it is clear she has serious musical chops and serious love for not taking life too seriously. Her jazzy style can easily bring back the sounds of a by-gone era, or elevate todays hits. Marina's original songs and arrangements range from laments to straight-up bangers.
