Cramoisi Vineyard owners Sofía Torres-McKay and Ryan McKay will celebrate Mexican independence during this intimate dinner pairing Cramoisi wines with gourmet Mexican food. Diners will learn about Mexican culture and traditions while enjoying pozole, stuffed pumpkin flowers, chiles en nogada, and sweet tamalitos. The vineyard regularly offers their wine tasting experience in English and Spanish.
