What does it mean to create immersive movement productions during this lingering pandemic? Join Speculative Drama with a new play in movement designed specifically for the digital stage to find out!Mr. Fox: a play in movement draws from the original English folk tale, as well as stories about fox spirits from around the world including the Japanese kitsune, French Reynaud, and more; this production asks the question of what it means to be a “proper woman” in society, and what we risk when we face our own truth. 

This original devised production, performed entirely in movement with a musical bed, Mr. Fox evokes silent movies, classic story books, and stylized mask performance while integrating a contemporary sensibility and unconventional staging including a common digital space where you can enjoy the show, chat with your fellow audience members, and experience the full world of the play from the comfort of your own couch!
