Portland-based Night Heron is the new project of former Radiation City frontman Cameron Spies, whose new record, Instructions for the Night, features "whispery" sad songs that "achieve an eccentric, ASMR-level of shush." They'll be joined by fellow moody Portland pop bands Glistener and Rain Cult.
