WHAT THEY SAY: First anchovies, then clams, now tuna. It’s no secret that we love seafood on our Sicilian-style ‘za, so for this year’s Pizza Week, we’re excited to bring you across the globe to Southern Italy with Pizza Tonno e Cipolla! This classic Sicilian combo directly translates to “tuna and onion,” and features a base of aged mozzarella topped with yellowfin tuna, thinly sliced red onions, capers, oregano, and a drizzle of garlic olive oil. Using our 100% naturally leavened dough as the foundation, you can think of this slice a bit like a gourmet tuna melt. Mangia!
