This trendy edition of the city's recurring art picnic pop-ups will be set in the courtyard of Outlet PDX, illustrator/educator Kate Bingaman-Burt's risograph print shop and zine library. (While you're at the picnic, stop inside the shop to warm up and check out their annual holiday pop-up.) Visitors to the outdoor gallery and art sale will find interactive art displays, live art creation, and plenty of handmade giftables.
