Ready to get funky? Portland's annual festival dedicated to all things fermented offers a community space to swap tips and recipes with amateur and professional makers, partake in fermented food and beverage samples, and even a rooftop DJ set. Fermentation School co-founder and author Kirsten Shockey will deliver a special talk and you'll be able to peruse pickled veg, krauts, soy ferments, and lots more.
