The Portland Youth Philharmonic, America's oldest youth orchestra, will return for its 62nd annual post-Christmas concert with a program of Gioachino Rossini's La gazza ladra, John Sousa's The Stars and Stripes Forever, and the world premiere of Kenji Bunch's she flies with her own wings.
