Welcome the beginning of decorative gourd season (and National Cider Month) with a four-course gluten-free feast prepared by Top Chef contestant Sara Hauman. The night will feature dishes such as apple-fennel-leek bisque, poached albacore tuna, chestnut crepe, and cider-braised pork belly, all paired with beverages from Schilling Hard Cider. All proceeds will benefit Feeding America's mission to end hunger in America.
