The ocean is big, y'all. It makes up 54% of Earth's surface, and it's largely unexplored. What the heck is down there?! We don't know, and we're guessing you don't really know, either. That's where this edition of Science Pub comes in. Microbiologist Anna-Louise Reysenbach, geologist Adam Soule, and ocean engineer Anna Michel will discuss historical milestones in submersible exploration and recent discoveries, offering insight on how subs might reach even deeper depths in the future.
