What's In It: Roku Gin infused with lemongrass and ginger, strawberry and rose syrup, sparkling grapefruit
What They Say About It: Mary Ulickey, our general manager and beverage designer, loves creating playful and delicious cocktails. Inspiration for this cocktail was the Roku gin, a premium Japanese crafted by the House of Suntory. Roku in Japanese means "six," which provoked the idea to construct a provocative yet distinctive highball by combining six elements.
