The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Shop from a thriving makers community at the second annual Spring Makers Market at Sustainable Northwest Wood! Saturday, June 17th, 2023 Noon to 6pm. This free event features more than fifty local makers selling handmade items including art, jewelry, pottery, woodcrafts and items for bath, home and garden. Also expect culinary delights, food carts, craft beers, local wine and games.

In the spirit of the Northwest, attendees are encouraged to don their favorite flannel & come dressed in your “lumber-folk” attire, be it Lumber-Jack, Lumber-Jill or Lumber-JaX!

The market is a partnership between Assemblage PDX and Sustainable Northwest Wood who will transform their lumber yard and SE 14th Avenue into a buzzing marketplace. The Beermongers will offer locally crafted brews with wine tastings by Hip Chicks Do Wine. The Portland Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence, a queer charitable organization, is the event’s non-profit partner and a portion of proceeds support their ongoing public service efforts.

FREE to attend! All ages, kid and pet friendly too. Everyone is welcome!
