Chef Risa Lichtman's pop-up dinner series is featuring a vegetarian prix-fixe takeout meal with items from queer chefs and winemakers. Lichtman will provide the "top" (rainbow veggies and zucchini baba ghanoush), while Les Rendon of Nopales PDX will provide the "switch" (spring greens lasagna) and Leah Miller of Take Care Baking will provide the "bottom" (butterscotch pudding with Chantilly cream). 50% of sales will benefit the National Center for Transgender Equality.
Orders must be placed by Friday, June 18. Pickup available between 4:30-7 pm at Bee’s Cakes, 7137 NE Fremont St, on Tuesday, June 22.
